Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are personalized and custom items are not eligibles for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your personalization, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
