At Arkon Precision Laser LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Personalized & Custom-Made Products
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items due to a change of mind.
This includes products customized with names, dates, messages, photographs, designs, or other customer-requested details.
If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Personalized Products
We accept returns of eligible non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with their original packaging whenever possible.
- Customers must contact us before returning any product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us evaluate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns that are not related to damage, defects, or errors on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already entered production, particularly personalized or custom-made orders, may not be eligible for cancellation.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Arkon Precision Laser LLC’s Shopify store.
